Why am I having such a hard time finding open-toed shoes/sandals for this shindig? Oh wait- it's because I have giant fat wide feet, and little stubby "Gremlin" toes (as FI calls them).
I've ordered two pairs so far, and I loved the first but it just came in normal width and my feet stuck out the sides like an exploding sausage and you couldn't see my stubby toes. Back to Amazon they went.
The second pair just arrived yesterday, and they are pretty cute, except there is over an inch of space between my toes and the tip of the shoe, which is just asking me to trip or get caught and make me stumble like a big dork. I think they will go back to Endless.com.
I really don't want to wear closed toe shoes because I don't want to deal with the backs rubbing at my heels or having to wear pantyhose, but at least I can wear those in normal widths. UGH. I HATE MY FEET!!!! I just want some cute shoes- Is that so wrong?????
