Welcome Bags

Where are you guys ordering the bags for your welcome bags?  I'm having trouble finding ones I like.

  • If we do welcome bags, I was thinking of just getting plain bags from anywhere that has them and DIY something into them. I've also been thinking of using tote bags depending on how much I can get them for and doing some kind of ironon so it it also a gift. If I did that I would want something cute but doesn't scream wedding so they will possibly reuse it, like a simple Las Vegas or LV.
  • Those bags are cute agnapolous. We were thinking of DIY something similar. We are definitely having welcome bags for our guests and also goodie bags for our bachelor/bachelorette parties.

  • We got ours from zazzle.com and they are pretty inexpensive (we went for the budget tote) and those are pretty thin.  But, I wanted something people could easily travel back home with and reuse if they wanted to, and if they didn't want to, they didn't have to.  We did 1/2 of our guests with the "Vegas Baby" bags and the other 1/2 with the "Famous Welcome to Vegas Sign."  The only I was a little disapointed in was the color says natural, but online it looks more white, but the color is in fact natural.  Other than that, I'm super excited about them!!  When you go to zazzle.com, just search for Vegas bags and they have a few options. :)

  • I made the bags bought basic white paper bags and bought custom made stickers off etsy to put on them and tied them closed with a ribbon. : pretty affordable too.

  • I bought a couple of the 17 for 70 vistaprint groupons/living socials that came up and coupled with a 50% deal on retailmenot, I got 40 canvas bags printed and shipped for less than $50.  We eventually abandoned doing welcome bags because of the logistics involved after some major changes to our plans, but the bags are great and we're slowly using them or giving them away. :)
