Ugh I need to get a move on!

So I need motivation from y'all! I have GOT to start working out regularly!!! Would y'all mind keeping me accountable? Living with my FI has ruined my dress size. I was size 8/10 and now I'm size 16/18! Isn't that crazy? I can't believe the wedding is 6 months away and I have so much to lose!

  • Let's all hold each other accountable. I could use it too! I've lost about 33 pounds in the last year but I still would love to lose about 20 more by the wedding. Time to kick it into high gear!
  • There was accountability here at one time so start it up again. The general rule is the first one here posts the days thread. You figure out what you want to be accountable for and then post your progress daily. Whether it be food, calories burned, an exercise routine or whatever else. Ill be happy to join in.

  • I have been using My Fitness Pal.  It is really keeping me on track.  When I see I only have about 200 calories left for dinner it motivates me to get to the gym.  I think as long as you see what you are eating and how many calories everything has in it, it will make you think twice.

  • I do very well on WW, I've got to work out. My FI pays for my gym membership, which makes me feel worse for not going. I'm thinking working out accountability? Like what did we do that day? I love this idea!!!

  • I'm game! Gotta love holidays that immediately bump all the dieting and gym goals to the back burner. I was certainly guilty of that this past week! Back on track means feeling sexy and confident for the wedding day and beyond. Win win. :]
  • Oh oh me too. I was doing so good. And then Easter ham. I need to get back on track on watching what I'm eating - and actually logging it!!!
