probably a pepper jack jalapeno sausage. i think they're 200 cal? and then most likely some greek yogurt and strawberries, probably another 220 cal or so.
E: Going to get another walk in after lunch. And more cleaning tonight - and tonight will be the vacuuming and floor scrubbing, so that will be good.
