Okay guys, I think you all know I'm not one to usually be drawn in by this crap...but the guy seemed to know what he was talking about and even though he IS selling a product it doesn't seem quite as gimmicky or "quick fix"
CLICKYI'm starting to think It's not enough just eating at a deficit anymore, but I really need to start looking at WHAT I'm eating (maybe that's why this guys spiel seemed appealing).
Thoughts?
Any other nutritional guide recommendations?
