Including me and FI, our wedding party is 8 people. We are planning on doing a first look about 15 minutes away from where each of us is getting ready, so the thought is that we can get away with only 1 limo and save some money. However, we just very recently decided to have FI's niece be our FG. She will be about 3.5years old at the time of the wedding. I am not mandating she be at the first look and I am leaving it up to her parents (her dad will be a groomsman) to decide if she can handle that long of a day (I personally think it's better to not have her at the first look, but not my child so not my call), or if they prefer to have her just show up at 6pm for a 6:30 ceremony start time.
If for some reason they do want her to come to the first look, I'm willing to bet she's going to want to ride in the fancy car to the ceremony/reception site. So, does FI try to get his sister and BIL to make a decision now/very soon about her participation in the first look? Or do we just get a 10 person limo so we are safe and have that extra seat for her (if they don't want to make a decision in the next couple weeks)?
