My two cents is maybe allergies? Try taking a Zyrtec a couple of hours before your next run and see if it helps. I have to take it this time of year or I'll sneeze my face off. Hope that helps!
Dear Distant Friend Who I've Seen Once in 10 Years-
Sorry, you are not invited to the wedding and I'm sort of weirded out that you asked. There's a lot of water under the bridge between us. I've forgiven, but not forgotten.

<div>I take a one a day allergy pill every day and benadryl as needed. I have an appointment with an allergist Monday. I've had allergies my whole life, but after I start getting my allergy cocktail shots once a week it could make an improvement. I'll mention it at my Dr. appt. Thanks!</div>

@kmbryant: You mentioned your ears.... Have you seen an ENT specialist? Just another idea since you're already seeing an Allergist. Good luck-hate to hear about people getting sidelined for reasons like this.

<div>BF's dad is an ENT so he's.. my ENT, I guess. I come to him when I have ENT related problems. I also have a general practitioner, an allergist, a OBGYN, and a respiratory specialist. I have an overactive immune system, so regular Dr. visits are mandatory. I see at least one of those a month. Thank you! I appreciate the thoughts :)</div>
I'm so so so so so happy we're married, but work ate both of us up the second we got off the plane. I really like you and want to see you again. Quality time next week, please? Bc I don't know how much longer I can take this whole thing.
Love,

PS thanks for adding cable so I have NO motivation to do anything else!
RDR,
HOLY COW YOU'RE SO FREAKING CLOSE!! Thanks for crashing my honeymoon and drinking all the things with H and I! I wish I could make it next weekend. I wish you all of the best. You're going to be stunning! Mr. Swazzlecock has no idea what's going to hit him!

Photog,
You are amazeballs. I hope we become better friends and more drinks are shared. I can't beileve you lost "likes" on your fb page bc you posted a same sex e pic session. Hopefully some of my friends lifted your spirits last night by liking your page AND sharing in your success.
Get your faces out of my sex life!! Stop telling me how fun it was to be on lockdown as a newlywed and asking how our wedding night went!! Or how our evening activities are!! JUST STOP! It's rude and sooo awkward.

I used to get this all the time. Try drinking gatorade, vitamin water, something with some sugar in it after. Its dehydration. Running is completely different on your body then the other things you mentioned. I only got the headaches when I ran too. Try this and see how it works.

<div>Hey, cool! Thank you! I'll having one waiting for me when I get done today. Because of the previous smoking/asthma, running is extremely hard on me. I joke that if I didn't have asthma I would have trained to be an Olympic runner. I love it, it just doesn't love me ;-;</div>

Dear Jerk Who Stole My iPhone,
Please return it. Just because I had a new iphone doesn't mean I can afford another one. In fact, I'm still paying for that one and it's just not cool. Apparently you have no respect for people and I am dissappointed in you. At this point, I just want it back. No questions asked. Also I suspended the account after calling the phone for hours so have fun with that. Have fun with trying to get a new number put on it while my number is still attached to it. Verizon doesn't like to do that.
Thanks,
