Culinary Pros A+++++++
There aren’t enough pluses in the world for them. We had 2 DOC and a bartender. Denise and Lisa were our DOC’s. Lisa is the one that was with us during the ceremony (Valley of Fire) and Denise is the one that worked her magic in the suite and let all the vendors in. Lisa kept us on schedule during the ceremony and pictures afterwards. She kept things together when I was too scatterbrained to do it. We had Lisa for 7hrs. While we are gone for 5hrs, Denise cleaned the suite, set up and decorated the suite. She also let the vendors in and made sure everything was ready for us. Denise was hired for 8hrs, and at 10pm – I gave her her tip…Denise ended up staying till 1:30am…(!!!!!!) –she stayed and worked most of that time. Our day wouldn’t have been this perfect without these two ladies – I can’t recommend them enough! Hiring them was the best decision we made. Denise was probably the reason we didn’t have any complaints that night as she said she called security earlier and let them know there were two parties (ours and alexi120’s)…our guests stated the music was loud and they heard it all the way at the elevator.
If you are on the edge of hiring a DOC – don’t be – you will not regret it!!!!!!!!
We also had a bartender from Culinary Pros (Efron) who was great too.

They were on time and the driver was great. We rented a 34 passenger vehicle. We ended up coming back a little later than anticipated from Valley of Fire and went over our 5 hour time frame. I had wanted to stop at “The Hangover Parking lot” to take some pictures with our sparklers but was afraid that since we ran behind we couldn’t stop. But our driver was great – he made it happen!

Well everything that has been said about Todd is true; he is easy going, on time, and starts shooting as soon as he walks through the door. He was great with me telling him several pictures I wanted and he made them happen.

I originally asked him if he was willing to learn a couple of sentences in German so my family would feel special. He ended up doing his best in translating and speaking 60% of the ceremony-he tried so hard! He also incorporated my vows to my then FI’s children. He brought some humor into the ceremony as well.

What a gorgeous place - if you truly want an outside wedding that is non-traditional this is the place for you! It ride there was a little longer than I thought, but it was well worth it!!!! Wait till you see pictures - lol. 
Masterpiece Cuisine A+++++++
I never saw them, as they set up while we were still out, from what Denise (DOC) said, they were on time. The food was great (I ordered too much though). I ordered food for 35 and we ended up being 30 – which trust me, made a difference.
DJ Godzilla A+++++++
Calvin was great – he played the right music at the right time. He incorporated my German mp3 songs and played them at the right time. He also brought his up-lighting, which was great for the suite and set the mood.
SinCity Cupcakes A+++++++
Yummy – these were great. I loved their icing! We had about half left, again I ordered too many, (which I ate most of them throughout the week) Some of their cupcakes are strong(er) than what you would expect…but they don’t bake their alcohol they fill their cupcakes with it.
RSVP Rental A+++++++
We rented 4 high-top tables, 1 8ft banquet table, linens, 2 party buckets – they delivered around 10am on Saturday. We inquired about possible Tuesday pick-up as (RSVP is closed on Sunday and we had a Grand Canyon tour scheduled for Monday). They picked up the tables, etc., at 9am on Tuesday morning.
Total Experiences A+++++++
At first I didn’t really think that they would get a review as we didn’t make the 5 room reservation requirement for them to actually be beneficial to us. We booked the Apex Suite through them and also had room blocks at Planet Hollywood and Flamingo. It turned out most guests booked on their own (we did too, as it was cheaper with the Southwest package). We had two separate guests staying at PH and one at Flamingo through the room block. Both rooms at PH were on the 30th floor, one diagonal across from the Apex Suite, and the other was the other adjoining room to the Apex Suite. Once I realized that my mother had the other adjoining room – I figured that Total Experiences had something to do with that. If we would have booked through them, we all would have been on the same floor.

Great company if you want sparklers. I ordered the 4 min sparklers several weeks prior to our wedding and had them shipped to us. I knew we couldn’t put them on the plane as they are considered hazardous material but we had some other stuff to ship so I figured we could ship it all together. Well it turns out there was some miscommunication between, my husband, me and the UPS Store – needless to say we waited too long to ship them ground. So, I love Sparklers agreed to ship 100 4min sparklers to the hotel (since their warehouse is closer to Vegas), include a return label so we could return the 100 sparklers we have at home! That’s customer service…!!!! (I can’t wait to see our pictures)
Beverages for the reception were bought at Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club & Lee’s Liquor. We had sooooo much left over – and the bell hop was very appreciative.
