Chairs on the beach

We're getting married on the beach behind an event house in a month and a half, and my parents are concerned about setting up the chairs for the ceremony. Did anyone have a problem with this?

    As long as you set them up right before your guests arrive and take them off the beach immediately after, you will be fine.

    So if my ceremony is at 5, do you think it'd be safe to set it up at 4?

    When I went to the OAR showroom and asked about chairs, I asked if they'd ever had a problem with more than the "allowed" number of chairs on the beach. They said they have never known of anyone getting in trouble for having too many... like previous posters said, though..as long as they're not out too long.
