Accountability

Woke up surprisingly early, no idea why.  I got my 5,000 meters of rowing in under 30 mins, bonus there, and had enough time to do arm reps (joy of strapless dress).  According to myfitnesspal, I burned roughly 400 calories.

  • Ha ha I see that.  You are way more accountable than I was.  I have no idea what's for dinner ha ha.
  • Yeah I plan out my meals for the week every Sunday before we go to the store. Makes it easier to stay on track.

    I hit the gym last night with FI. Got in 1.34 miles on the treadmill, and a mile of that was running. I'm proud of myself because we've been out of the gym for a week and I didn't think I'd be able to make a mile. Before we left the gym we did a set each of upper body weight lifting exercises and squats. My calorie counter says I burned 165 calories during that work out. After we got home we also did another 10 to 15 minutes of ballroom dance practice. Tonight is our Foxtrot lesson, so another lower body work out day. The lesson will be an hour long.
  • Of course the day we start I won't be able to go to gym!! I worked today and now I'm going to class. I need to focus more on making the time. Our gym has a 24 hour section so I have no excuse! I did, however, follow my plan on eating so far today!
