E: Just starting back on low impact exercise. Not much calorie burning value but it's something!

  • The only thing I can be accountable for today is that I already completed day 3 of the Ab Challenge and my morning coffee.

    Its a food day for my boss' birthday.

    D: coconut curry chicken with brown rice 376 cal

    E: day 5 30DS level 1, i'm going to try to make it to Jazzercise Express (30 min) - 495
