Wedding music alternatives

Does anyone have any suggestions for music that isn't Sunrise, Sunset?  I'd like to stay away from that song.

Re: Wedding music alternatives

  • Do you want Jewish music?  We used Erev Shel Shoshanim and Dodi Li.

Yes, I was thinking of Jewish music.  Erev Shel Shoshanim is a beautiful song-my SIL and brother used it at their wedding.  I've considered it myself but I don't want to seem like I'm copying them, so I was wondering about alternatives to that and Sunrise, Sunset (which seems cliched to me, not to mention a sad song).  Thanks!

My absolutely favorite Hebrew song, and the one I walked down the aisle to, is Yerushalayim Shel Za'hav.  The rest of my bridal party walked to Erev Shel Shoshanim.

I've thought about Yerushalayim Shel Za'hav too.  That's another beautiful song.
