Getting married on post

Has anyone used the mwr area or even the curch on post. I've used the club house in housing for a baby shower and it went smoothly.  My question is has anyone ever used the officer club or other space on post? If so how did ot go with the civilian getting on? I'm worried its going to be a hassle since the date is September 14 and usually around the 11th they like to practice battle drills.

I've never seen an issue.  Just be sure to let your guests know they will need to arive early to get their passes at the gate before being admitted.

We used the officers club for our reception and had no problems. We just had to provide a typed up list of all guests without military IDs about a week ahead of the reception. It included the name, DL # and birthdate. I would recommend setting your RSVP deadline far enough out so that you can contact people who don't reply - we gave ourselves about 10 days to get that info and then DH transferred it to the EAL.
