Mandalay Bay, anyone?

Hello! I am new to The Knot boards, and was happy to see a whole section dedicated to Vegas weddings! I am planning a wedding in April, and am thinking about Mandalay Bay. Anyone had their wedding there, or been to one? Looking for some reviews, and maybe even some pics? Any other chapel suggestions? Thank you!

We were married there in the Platinum chapel, pictures are in my married bio.  DH and I chose Mandalay mostly because the chapel was close to several restaurants (we had our reception dinner in one of them) and we loved the decor.  The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we feel we got a great deal with the package we had chosen (Opal Shores).

I'm also new to TK Boards.  I'm getting married at Mandalay in April as well!  I'm actually heading down next weekend to meet with my WC and check out some places to do pics, where we're having dinner, etc.  What day are you thinking?

Mandalay Bay has a few great options when it comes to getting hitched! The beach and then a chapel. The beach is gorgeous! However any strip wedding is going to cost you more. Check out the local golf courses like dragon ridge. Or an off strip hotel like JW Marriot. There are also some great all inclusive wedding packages at places like emerald at queensridge.

    Hope this helps!
