Have a couples dance, where all couples can dance. Don't single out your sister and her boyfriend. Like CMG said, the fewer spotlight dances the better. Even though people used to do various dances (parents, grandparents, anniversary dances, bridal party) they are really boring for the rest of your guests to sit through.
