Hey ladies! I was for sure slacking last week (I dont think I worked out at all /= )
What have you guys been doing for workouts/ plan to do this week??
Since my dress was a little snug, I need to up the cardio intervals and body circuits!!
today I had a welcome back to the gym shake out.. with
-20 minute run/jog (about 5.7) on the treadmill with a 2 min walk break at min 10.
-Stretched
-2x 3min on the rower, the cardio one..
