Bridal Shower Thank You Notes Question

I received a gift from my groom's grandmother who recently passed away (just days ago) before she could give it to me, but one my fiance's aunt's brought her gift to give to me, who gets the thank you note? Should I just send it to his grandfather, or to one of his aunt's or not send one at all?

Did you say thank you in person to the aunt who brought it? If so, I think that's good enough.

You could also add an extra line in the aunt's thank you note "Also, thank you for bringing Grandma Rosie's gift to me. DH & I will cherish it always"
  • I think Retread bride is right!

Grandpa would probably love a note from you.
