Hello all I am looking for a venue in Vegas of course for a cocktail reception. I'm looking to spend no more than 8000 for no more than 50 guest. I want on the strip and I would like to get married at the same place. Meaning somewhere in the hotel. My date is march of 2014 and I'm noticing a lot of places don't book that far out in advance. Please help, it's becoming very stressful. Thanks

    Have you looked at Flamingo?  They have really pretty outdoor places for the ceremony and they should let you book this far out.  I was looking at May 2014 and was told that wouldn't be a problem.  I think some packages even include a room for the night.  

    I booked at the Mirage for next May.  It's a little more expensive than Flamingo, but for 50 people on a Sun-Thursday you could probably do 8000 or under b/c there is no food & beverage minimum on those days.  

    Good luck!  Finding the venue was the most stressful part for me.
    We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

    I booked my may 2014 wedding @ flamingo in the beginning of April. Some places will let you book early.

    Im a flamingo bride too and have been booking wedding venues and vendors for my April 2014 wedding since March2013.

    Planet Hollywood has some really good packages, and I love their chapel. They have several restaurants on-site, and their coordinator will work with you to either plan a cocktail reception in one of their reception rooms or a group reservation at one of the restaurants.
