wedding coordinators at hotels

Does this profession have a high turn-over rate?  I just received a phone call from coordinator #4 at our hotel, since we started working with them this past summer.
Thankfully, they seem to do a good job passing information from one person to another.  It's just kind of odd.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

    We had a turn over half way through our engagement but the previous coordinator was there for 14 years since the day they opened. The new girl though is young and up with trends and I actually much prefer her. Can't speak for anyone else, but a few other girls here have had turn overs in the last year plus, I do know that much.
