Reception site in NYC for $10,000 or under?

Hello!

My fiance and I are getting married at a church on the Upper East Side, and we're looking for a restaurant/reception site that can host brunch for ~100 people for $100-125/person. Since the church is on the UES, we'd like somewhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens. It also HAS to be on a Saturday (because of the church) and it's THIS November, so no outdoor areas. Our ideal style is a restaurant that we can decorate ourselves, that's chill, earthy, and has great food (we're big fans of farm-to-table).

Am I looking for the impossible?

Bobo Retaurant in the Village - it's actually a cozy colonial-type house converted to restaurant with beautiful interior of chandeliers and fireplaces and amazing good farm-friendly food.

I actually think that for brunch you could find someone nearby on the UES. Look into brunch spots nearby, they may be open to letting you rent the space out, or have a private area for you. For a saturday morning in November they should be able to cut you a deal. Try Tony Di Napoli's too - I love that place!

Here are some helpful links. Some are really nice so all you would need table decor and perhaps a welcome banner for the room. You may want to bring in cute floral diy mason jars. Flowers are all over the city and deli's carry them the cheapest. For your theme and taste, avoid the Queens venues as they are standard banquet halls with mediocre food.
