Re: Dresses!!

  • Oh Linette, those are way too cute.

  • I love tutu dresses and looking like ballerina's. I danced all my life so I think it will be fitting. I know its not traditional but I am not super traditional!

It may not be traditional, but it is so cute!  It's great for a wedding!

  • I think tutu dresses look much cuter on little girls then formal dresses. That's why I picked a tutu dress also
  • I agree baldirdge! some flower girl dresses I have seen are just bllllech!
  • I agree too. I am not certain we will have a flower girl. I know we won have a ring bearer and I was hoping to combine the two but I'm not certain if that's going to happen now.

I have no flower girl, but that is for two reasons - I have no ring bearer because I have five nephews and didn't want to chose one and let the others feel left out, and I am trying to have a flower free wedding.  So the poor flower girl would be very out of place.  But if I was having one, a tutu dress would be awesome!

  • It's February.... so is everyone going to have their BMs in long dresses? I live in Florida, so I'm not sure if I should do long or short. It's hard to find cute long dresses!!

I am getting married in Florida despite living near dc. We are doing long dresses because I feel the temperature is super variable in Feb in Florida. Our wedding is outside in the evening with an outdoor evening/night reception. I'm advising my guests to bring suit jackets/blazers or cardigans since the temps could dip to 45.

  • I picked a really nice olive green sundress today from Maz Azria for my civil ceremony on the 19th :D.
