HI

my fiancé and I are having a very small ceremony, I joined this board hoping you guys would have some opinions we aren't looking for a venue necessarily.

we are having a small intimate standing ceremony with our immediate family. and we are looking for a very pretty scenic place to do it preferably something secluded..

any ideas?

Lantana Lodge in Pilot Point has some pretty great views, but I don't know if I would call it "secluded."

If you are having less than 25 people, the Arboretum has some reasonable ceremony-only options which would include chairs.

The Fort Worth Botanical Gardens also has some small ceremony packages for less than 25 ppl for $350.

I think you can also get married at the Fort Worth Water Gardens.

I'm not sure how traditional you want, but I know you can also rent lake-side property and even a sailboat for a wedding.

White Rock Lake has some gorgeous places that are available and affordable. Not secluded like what you are hoping for but still beautiful! I believe it is only $25 an hour with a 2 hour minimum for a wedding. http://www.dallasparks.org/reservations/reservations.aspx is the website.
