Reception Venue HELP

Hello Knot Community!

My fiance and I are getting married in Chicago next May but currently we live out of state making it really hard to go see reception venues!  Does anyone know about Garden Terrace banquet Hall or Lido banquets?  We are trying to gage if we like them or not and any thoughts you have would be amazing!  If you have used them or know someone who has any details you could provide would be super helpful!  Thanks so much!

    never heard of either of them but look them up here or on wedding wire to see ratings.

    My 8th grade reception was at Lido Banquets. It's been a long time, but it was a great experience. It is in kind of a...boring... area (little to do, little public transportation), so it may be hard for out of town guests (if you have any).

    I'm not sure about either of these. I saw the Garden Terrace on TLC's our Weddings. I have never been there. Let me know if you need any assistance on other locations, from one bride to another.
