    This is how I've always felt as well. I've preferred Ms. since I was a teenager.

    This thread came slightly too late for my invitations. I just sent one to our married friend who kept her last name as "Mrs. Friend Hername and Mr. Husband Hisname." I feel bad; I never even would have thought to question it.
