Our reception and ceremony are at the same place. Can I put our wedding website in small print at the bottom of the invitation or put it on the response cards? My invitations come with one extra insert, but I'm not really sure what to put on it since our reception is at the same place. I have accommodation information on the website as well (all of our guests are computer-savvy). I'm hoping to not have to use the extra insert so the weight of the invitation is decreased. Any suggestions on the invitation?
Also, for the response card, I'm pretty confused. I searched through old threads, but didn't really find what I am looking for. Do I print each individual name on the response cards or can I write them in myself? I'm pretty good at calligraphy, so it would still look nice. I read somewhere that guests are supposed to write their names in on the rsvp cards? My invitations are being printed and coming from overseas, so if I can write in my guests' names myself, I think that would make it easier. Assuming that I can write in their names myself, does this format work:

Last question: I've seen that some knotties have used, "_____ seats have been reserved in your honor." Where does that part go? TIA!
