  Deposit Paid to Caterer (next is our tasting)
  

  Honeymoon Booked (Cruise to Bahamas)

  Narrowed down to four DJs (meeting them all next week)

  Picked out my wedding band
  

  
  

  Hoping to pick a DJ within a week, and then start looking at florist
  

  
  

  I am feeling pretty good about what we have done. There is still a lot left, but not as much as I feared at this point. I got engaged less than three months ago.

  I haven't done much wedding planning since I left the country in February, but this is what I did before I left:
  
  Venue (though if I can get a good deal, I might still switch it up for something else)
  Ceremony Venue
  Pastor (both my pastor and my FI's pastor)
  Dress
  Photographer booked
  Caterer and menu
  Some Decor
  
  Things I'm not having and don't have to worry about - flowers, engagement photos, STDs, DJs (afternoon wedding with no dancing - FI and I are a stick-in-the-mud)
  
  When I come back, getting a new engagement ring, wedding bands, and bridesmaid dresses is at the top of my to-do list.  That and maybe booking a coffee bar for the "cocktail" hour (which will be a coffee hour since it's at 11:30 in the morning)

  I have an appointment for hair/makeup Saturday and one more cake tasking a week from Sunday. I am getting this done and it's letting me relax and enjoy the time leading up to the wedding.
  
  Still waiting on my fiance to stop slacking and get the save the dates done and order some custom guitar picks (combination favor and table decor). I love him but give him an assignment and he will put it off as long as possible.
