hi all, 

i'm new to this board and want to introduce myself. my name is Christina, fiance is Tim, and we're getting married on February 8 in NYC. so far we have a venue, caterer, florist, photographer and band. i've got my dress. i've enjoyed planning thus far and am trying to just take it easy and not stress. i look forward to "meeting" other february brides and grooms. i'll definitely need advice and suggestions as time winds down!

    Hi there!
    I'm new to this board too, and also a 2/15 bride. Pretty excited to talk to other February brides and bounce ideas off each other. 

    So far we have a reception venue, caterer, ceremony location, wedding party (Bridesmaid attire chosen), Save the Dates ordered, official invites picked out, we settled on a theme, and I have narrowed down my dress search to 3 options. And I think I've settled on my decor, and favors. 

    Everyone keeps saying "oh you've got plenty of time". However, we have decided to try to get as much done before the holidays as we can. I want to be able to enjoy the holidays with fiancé and family. 

    Welp, happy planning :)

    Hi All,

    We are getting married 2/1/14.  A Winter wedding in Michigan is going to be interesting.  Planning is going well.  It is cake tasting time next week, should be fun.

    Congratulations and good luck to you all.

    Plenty of time left, definitely but everyone keeps telling me that the time starts going faster the closer you get.

    Oh gosh!!! The time starts going faster??!?!! I'm already bewildered by how fast it's going!

    I also think the time is going plenty fast.  I tried to get as much done as I could before I left for Europe, but I'm starting to think about all the things I need to get done when I return, and it is a lot.  The time is flying!

    Hello ALL!!

    Im a 2/14/2014 bride. Im in MA but am planning my wedding in CT. Altho Ive been on for a while on the know Ive only just got the go ahead for our date 2 weeks ago so Im worried but so so so excited !!!

    Hey Christina, 

    My name is Christina as well, Feb 8th bride but in Norther New York. Albany area. You have a lot done and I applaud you. I think I have too much done too early hehe. 

    Hi Feb 2014 Brides!!! I'm trying to get into posting again....=) 

    @Foster14 -  time going by faster when you get closer to the date, yeah I didn't even realize my 4 month mark was on me till I kind of looked at the calendar last week. I went bugged eyed when I did the math haha.
