RSVP's for International Guests

For our guests living in the US, we will mail the rsvp cards with a stamped reply envelope.

We have many guests located in England, Australia and South Africa. I don’t believe I can use a USPS stamp for reply cards coming from these locations. What should I do? Thanks

I think just send them without a stamp. It's very thoughtful to go to the effort of ordering stamps from foreign countries, but when there are a lot of them I really don't think your guests care, and it winds up being a ton of work for you.

I believe you can purchase a voucher from the Post Office that covers the cost. But I just didn't bother including postage for the ones we sent to Brazil. I knew they would email their RSVP.

    EDIT: spelling.

Yeah, family in India gets a paper invite, but they just called to RSVP.

  • I sent the RSVP card but not an envelope, and I included a note saying they can email me their RSVP and menu choice.
  • We have guests coming from England. We sent them the RSVP card and self addressed envelope with no postage. They all put their own on it.
