Salad:
Mixed greens with fresh strawberries, candied pecans, and feta cheese.
Entrees:
Beef tenderloin medallions with Merlot sauce & horseradish dijon crumbs
Feta stuffed chicken breast with tomato salsa
Linguini Alfredo Primavera with Asiago
Seasonal vegetables (asparagus, peppers, and carrots) for each plate, assorted rolls on the table.
