Hi there! Any brides at the 8-10 month stage having trouble keeping motivated? I would like to lose 15 lbs and am overall eating healthy but need to workout more. I like Pure Barre classes but need to up my cardio and eat a little better. I think it's hard when you're a bit farther from the wedding too but obviously I would like to lose weight the safe way while I still have a lot of time! Any tips on staying motivated and good habits?!
