No Ramona its not your fault. You are right it should have been closed. The KG's didnt need to ban her or removed the thread.

I'm pretty sure clear trolling is a violation of TOS. Maybe that's why she was banned.

Since I was recently crucified for assuming trolling was a TOS violation, I'd be careful with talk like that.

I posted a legit helpful post on the off chance she was real.
Which is why I think she's a troll. Any advice that validated her opinion, even in a snarky way, she flatout ignored. But to those that posted things that went on about how she shouldn't just show up, those she replied to.

@KnotPorscha. Is trolling against the TOS? Apparently there's no line in there that says "Trolling is against the TOS", which has led to some confusion.
