Ceremony Site St. Paul/Woodbury/Lake Elmo

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a location for a ceremony on the east side of St. Paul or around Woodbury/Lake Elmo? We're interested at holding our reception at the Holiday Inn (Wildwood Lodge) in Lake Elmo but we need a ceremony site! The big kicker, we're planning an early March wedding! So preferably an indoor location.
Has anyone had a ceremony outside in the winter? I hadn't really considered it but maybe...

    Assuming from your post a church really isn't in your considerations?  Yeah, me either.

    The pavilion at Como Lake is beautiful and it's covered.  Or will they let you do the ceremony at the reception venue?

    Central Park in Woodbury is a nice place.  It is in the same building as the library but has a beautiful garden area and amphitheater which a lot of people do weddings at.  There are large dressing rooms in back to get ready.
