  It was from the Bees. Personally, I think my response was both funny and appropriate for the situation. Obviously, the other Bees didn't think so. The flagging system is utter crap. Gain enough haters and you'll get flagged for anything.

  Are you serious? I think that woman has a little too much ego and is way too over sensitive. I mean she married the guy is it really that awful to be referred to as his Mrs? I grew up in a very pro feminist household but I don't think my mom would ever flip out over something that small and stupid, especially considering addressing invitations like that is very traditional.

  I wouldn't like being addressed that way and don't use it when I am writing letters, but I wouldn't go so far as to feel hurt about it- I'd just assume the writer was defaulting to old customs.  A lot of people are just doing the best they can and it seems reasonable for someone to stick with traditional addressing etiquette if they don't have a firm opinion towards doing it another way.
