I posted this to weddingbee too but I need as many opinions as I can get. I'm having my wedding in September of 2014 in Vermont and I'm trying to find a caterer. I've contacted a few that my venue gave me as "recommended vendors" and I can't seem to get any of them to respond. I've tried email, phone and the "Contact Us" section of their websites. I'm looking for a caterer who does a BBQ menu. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome!
