At my destination wedding in Punta cana, I have all kinds of ideas for welcome bags, programs, etc. My only problem is, I don't think I will know the schedule until I get there. Does anybody know how that works? Do you work out the schedule for the day ahead of time or do you do it when you get there. Also, I don't meet the minister until I get there, right? So I wont know the schedule of the ceremony to put on the program, correct?
