If anyone has gone there recently, or at all, can you please tell me about your experience? I am thinking about having my wedding at this resort.

Is it better to use a travel agent?

    I'm actually going to the Dream Resort in Puerta Aventuras in two weeks. I know it's different than the Cancun one and my trip is a while a way, but I'd happy to come back with a review of my experience when I return.

    Please do post a review!  I am considering this location for my wedding, and there are not a lot of reviews for weddings on any forums.  There are many more reviews for Dreams Riviera, but that resort is quite a bit more money for my guests to spend.  Thanks so much TerriHugg!

    We're holding our DW at Dreams Tulum. You should check out bestdestinationweddings.com - the forums there are super helpful because the brides either have held or are holding their weddings at the specific resorts you're curious about.
