where to safely store your rings/jewelry??

This seems like such a silly question.. yet I'm so worried.
We plan to stay in vegas for about a week, then we'll be in LA, san diego, and maybe san fran for our honeymoon. The entire trip will be just over 2 weeks.
How and where would you store your wedding bands, engagement ring and other jewelry you'll be using for the wedding?!
There are probably safes in most hotel rooms.. but how safe are they? What about the safes at the conciege? 

Any suggestions?? 
Our wedding day also marks our 11th anniversary of being together :)

    Good question I typically use the in room safe. The down side to the concierge is they will know what you are putting in the safe. I would recommend using the in room safe and contact ur insurance agent assuming u got ring insurance to make sure it will be covered. Another option would be to find a small box with a lock on it to put them in while using the in room safe. Thats about all I can come up with

    I shared your same dilemma when I was in Vegas on a venue scouting trip last week (thinly veiled as a girls pool and debauchery trip). We used the in-room safe for rings, wallets and the like and felt perfectly safe using it. I had considered having it locked up with the concierge, but then a.) it'd be known that I had something of value worth guarding, when I felt safer keeping a low profile and b.) I could still check on it when we were back in the room in a quasi-paranoid way. Room safe is the way to go, and I agree with Jaime -- if it is on your insurance policy, you are likely covered regardless of location as it is typically physically on your person, but a quick call to your provider to double check will bring peace of mind. Have an amazing wedding and honeymoon!
