  I used her for a bridesmaid dress. She was really nice. The final fit of the dress was a bit loose because I lost around 5-10 lb., but that was my fault. Did a great job otherwise.

  I need to get my dress altered too. I was wondering if you (bakerie) had chosen Ruth and did you have a good experience with her?

  Yep, I did end up going with Ruth and she did a great job! She was very friendly and got it done pretty quickly too. Definitely recommend her.

  Not sure what her rates start at but my total was $315 for hemming (my dress has a ridiculous amount of tulle and about a billion layers), bustle, adding a panel to the corset back, and steaming.
