    Her original choice was rpattz, which for some unknown reason is shocking for people. Hello, it was a Twilight fanfic. Of course the characters from both books are going to resemble each other in the author's minds.
    But, yeah.... how did LJ get from Rpattz to... Hunnam?

    FWIW, with all this talk about the casting choices, ELJ at least kept it classy, thanking everyone for their passion.
    The producer? Not so much. I get what he was saying, but out of 3 billion people on this planet, I'd like to hear more about why this actor was chosen, not why others might not have been chosen.

    I did read one tweet on another article where a fan was pissed because she pictured Anastasia as a red head and Christian with black hair and blue eyes. First of all, she is aware hair and eye color can be changed, right? People can't be that dumb, right? Second of all, that wasn't how they were described in the books, so I don't know what she is really pissed about...

    The same thing happened with Twilight though. When Robert Pattinson(sp?) and Kristen Stewart were first cast, everyone was pissed then too. You can't please every reader because we have all imagined the characters differently in each of our heads.
    Threatening someone's life because you don't like a casting choice is extreme.
