Rooftop/Modern wedding reception in Philly

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a reception space in Philly, or surrounding areas ( I live in Central Bucks ). I am inviting 125 guests, my budget is 25,000 but I would definitely like to come in below that. A "reasonable" price per person is around $100 for us. Am I just dreaming or is this possible ?

Anyways, it doesn't HAVE to be a rooftop reception just something unique (we are trying to stray away from the outdated carpeted ballroom), my fiancé and I also like industrial loft spaces, outdoor garden spaces, elegant/modern spaces. Very broad, I know : ) I hope there is some help out there !

try partyspace.com they have lots of unique and different spaces. my wedding is at the river room at the manayunk brewery because i wanted something different. it has white walls and hardwood floors and it's a blank slate. we are having a saturday night and with dinner and open bar it comes to about $100 per person. but def check partyspace.com it has some great options!
