i saw these really cool lights inside wine and liqour bottles at a local harvest fair this past weekend? has anyone done that project before was it expensive me and my mom thought it would be a good idea to do and then place flowers around it for my ceterpieces as i am having a 7pm saturday wedding.

My mom has a good friend who makes those and gives them as gifts. But her's require outlets to plug them in. I assume there is a way to do it with battery operated lights? I think it's a great idea for centerpieces if you can figure out that logistic.

I've made these! Ask at Lowes or a similar hardware store which kind of drill bit to use for glass and put some masking tape over the area you're drilling. Big Lots has battery-operated lights if you have one nearby. I would raid recycling bins for bottles!
