I need some advice on how to fit in the ketubah signing/bedeken along with all the photographs that will be taken the day of the wedding? I really like the idea of the traditional "first look" photo, but my fiance is a bit traditional and originally thought that he would first see me at the ketubah signing and bedeken. We both want to enjoy at least part of cocktail hour after the yihud, so we don't want to do all the group pictures at that time.
How are you all planning the day of schedule? My mom suggested having the photographer do all the bride and groom family/bridal party shots separately, then have that "first look" photo at the ketubah signing, and then the entire group photos quickly after the yihud (our cocktail hour is going to be a literal hour - is that enough time to have the yihud, some pictures, and get to mingle with our guests?)
Also, how long did the ketubah signing and bedeken take for you all?
