Hidden, inexpensive reception gems in the Cleveland area?

I am planning a wedding for late summer/fall in the Cleveland area. We are planning to hold the ceremony at my local church in Parma. We'd like to plan the whole wedding for 15-200 guests for $15,000 or less. I have contacted some suggested reception venues that have turned up in internet searches. Anyone have experience with some hidden inexpensive gems that may not turn up on Google?

The Fountain Bleau in Avon Lake is where we booked. They've been fantastic!

The Columbia Ballroom in Columbia Station, OH. They were the best price we found and everything I've wanted!

Second for Columbia Ballroom. We couldn't have afforded all the extras we are having without their prices. I would call asap because at my final walk through 2 weeks ago they were booking up quickly.

We're booking at German Central too--it's exactly what we wanted, and not expensive at all! Plus you can bring your own caterer.

I was at Ridge Manor in Brooklyn and they were far and away the best vendor to work with. You bring your own booze which always saves money!

You've got to be freaking kidding me! The Bertram Inn is hardly "inexpensive". According to their website their cheapest buffet package is $68.20/person. That's far from inexpensive.

Springvale Ballroom in North Olmsted. Very competitively priced and the food and atmosphere was great!

I'm not sure if this is a lesser-know venue, but we booked our reception at Michaud's Towne N Country in Strongsville. They're very reasonably priced and have eight rooms you can choose from depending on the amount of guests you have.

10/11/14 is open at the Columbia Ballroom!! My daughters wedding was cancelled, but we already had a food tasting, very Yummy!!!

The caterer that owns it is very very inexpensive and gives you a lot!!
