  Never order it through any third party.  However, you should have long it long before now unless your officiant didn't file it on time.  See my step by step at:

  I think they gave a range on the form of when it would be available online.  Ours was the very last day that they gave in their range.  I ordered several copies (5, I think)

  We were married 10/13/13 and by the time we got back from our honeymoon this past tuesday we were able to order it. We had a form mailed to us to let us know the prices and options on how to order it.
