Hi all,

This is the ad from Target's wedding/registry line. Can anyone tell me who makes the dress she's wearing, where I can find it, if I can find it? It is not sold at Target, don't believe it's associated with Target. I want it rather desperately for my reception. Please help a girl out!

I can't find it anywhere, but honestly this dress is incredibly simple. If you can't find the designer, just hit up a local seamstress and see how much it would cost to make. It's just a shift tank dress with petals attached - super easy.
