A guide to NFP

I'm not sure if any of you have heard of this book but I highly recommend reading it. It's written by a Catholic mother of 9 children who has taken a fantastic view (IMO) of NFP. She doesn't tell you how to chart but she does discuss the emotional ways that you and your spouse can discuss NFP as you deal with the good and the bad. It's an easy read and at $5.00, it's a very small investment.

I really admired what the author did.

So many times NFP users are touted as having better marriages and I'm not doubting the author at all. The nice aspect is that she does discuss how using NFP has its ups and downs and it's not often that those are discussed.

I read the free sample and can't wait to get around to reading the full book. I appreciate the tone and experience she brings to the subject of NFP.

The author is also a Catholic blogger and she has a ton of great articles out there.

I also find that talking to other NFPers has been a help as DH and I continue our journey to expand our family and try to be better Catholics.
