Imagen International review needed

Hey! My Fi and I are making some great progress on our wedding plans while I am working on my last year of Grad school in Duluth.  The reception and ceremony sites are checked off our list (WOOT!), now we're looking into a photographer. I have come across Imagen International and their price is awesome-too good to be true?  Am wondering if anyone on here has used them and has comments.  If possible I'd love to see some pictures (either engagement or wedding) of yours.  I am hoping their work is reflective of what I am seeing on their site- fingers crossed.  Any comments or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

    We used them.  We are still waiting on our wedding pix, but should get them back this week.  We did see a couple teasers and they were good.  Our engagement shots are in my bio!  Take a look.  We also thought they were too good to be true,but so far have been great.  We did put a clause in our contract to make sure we got alex (owner) at the wedding since we liked him so much.

    Have not been on here in forever... but i used them for my wedding last october and i was fairly happy with them!  Alex and his assistant took our photos. I would say the only negative was that it took about 3 months to get them back, but for the price i would take that one down fall.

    we're also using Imagen-we just had our e-pics last weekend with Alex and Lizzy-LOVED both of them.  I know I thought the package was too good to be true-but I'm so happy with our choice!  We should get our pics back by the end of this week, so I hope to able to post some of them then.

    I thought the price was great also, but if I were you I would find someone else. I just wrote a review for them and am going to copy and paste it in here for you to see because I don't want to write it again! It explains everything. If you want to deal with this then use Imagen International, if not, find someone else.

    It has been 9 weeks and I still have not received my photos. I thought the photographers did great at the wedding and was not worried about a thing. Before they left, I was informed that I would receive an email explaining when my pictures would be ready, etc. When I never got an email I was a little worried, but didn't think about it. Then at 6 weeks I figured I better contact them. I emailed lizzy and she said that they were in processing and would be ready by the weekend. The weekend came and went, no pictures. I emailed that Sunday and that Monday with no reply. The next Monday I called the company, no answer. Left a message, no reply. Now I'm mad, I have emailed numerous times, called multiple times (their voice mail box is full and won't take messages now), and finally I facebooked them. Someone FINALLY responded and said the website was acting up and now some were showing up, it would take 24 hours for them to populate. Okay, it's been a week, only two galleries have shown up. I have retried all of the ways to contact them with no luck. I live two hours away so I can't walk up to their location. When we finally do get a hold of them I will be demanding hard copies and some or all of my money back. This is ridiculous, I feel like I have been scammed. I don't mind waiting 9 weeks for my pictures if I had been told this in the beginning. At the most, I was told 6-8 weeks, but then they ignored me for 3 weeks? If you don't have the ability to answer your phones then you need to hire more people or do less weddings. Just because our weddings are over does not mean that the service can end. I would have gladly paid 3 times as much to be happy with my service and pictures and not be wondering if I will ever get pictures back from one of the most important days of my life.

    I used Imagen in June 2012, they completely stop communicating after the wedding. It took me 4 months of emails and calls to get pictures and after 6 months they still won't honor the print credit in my contract. The price is not worth the hassle, I wish I never used them.
