So, my BF and I put our heads together to try to decide what to get both our families for Christmas, and came up with the idea of me painting some of his photos onto christmas ornament balls. He's a wildlife photographer, and I'm a wildlife artist, so I'm hoping it will work out
I've definitely never painted that small, or on a curved surface, lol! Planning on 6 "Loon Dance"-a male loon is displaying his wings for his female, 3 "Winter Watch"-a female snowy owl on a branch, and 1 "Happy Birthday"-grizzly bears mating (I know that one's different, but it will really suit his aunt, she loved a card he did of it!) Each ornament will have one of his photos to go with it. Wish me luck! Once I have one done, I'll try to post it here. If anyone has any recommendations to paint on Christmas balls, I'd love to hear it! TIA
