  Your sister sounds like a real winner, but then so do you. 
  Get over the dress thing.   That ship has sailed.  
  Let her have her +1.   She's your sister.   If she wants to take her married man du jour as her plus one, so what?   You'll be too busy that day to care anyway.   It's really not a big deal.

  Agree. She's your sister, the only person standing up with you, and you're not going to allow her a +1? Is one person going to make or break your venue space? If so, you have bigger issues.

  First of all, stop emailing her and pick up the phone and make a phone call.  Tones and inflections can me misinterpreted via email.
  
  Second of all, let her wear the dress that she's comforatble with.  Yes, she probably should have showed you the dress before she bought it, but oh well.  I'm sure her dress is not white or nearly as elegant as your wedding dress, so I hope you're not worried about looking better than your bridesmaid. 
  
  Third, give her the +1.  It's your sister. 
  
  I don't know if I would go as far as saying you're a bridezilla, but you're stressing out over things that won't really matter in the end.
