On our honeymoon, Scallops was one of the nightly choices and I had never tried them before. My husband is allergic to seafood, but I tried the scallops and totally fell in love! It was a round dish that had holes in it for the bay scallops and it was covered in butter, garlic, and cheese. I had the dish every night I enjoyed it that much haha. I've looked everywhere for the recipe but It is nowhere to be found. My question is, how do you like your scallops? Do you have any succulent recipes?
